General

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Mexican States. Any action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of this Site must be brought in the state or federal courts of Mexico.

Colors

Termination

These terms are effective unless or until terminated by either you or FLUXUS S.A. DE C.V. You may terminate this Agreement at any time, effective upon your ceasing to use this Site. FLUXUS S.A. DE C.V. may likewise terminate this Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without prior notice and thereby deny you access to the Site if, in FLUXUS S.A. DE C.V.’s sole discretion, any term or provision of this Agreement is not being complied.

Waiver

FLUXUS S.A. DE C.V. PROVIDES THIS SITE ON BOTH AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. Welcome to the website for the contracting of services as an innovative production house, this site is owned and operated by FLUXUS, S.A. DE C.V., with fiscal address at: Patricio Sanz 1253, Colonia del Valle Centro, Benito Juarez, 03100, CDMX with Federal Taxpayer Registration Number FLU060630EK3 referring the same as a service to our customers.

Use of the site

The content and services offered by our site is reserved and directed only to an adult audience over 18 years old. It is the responsibility of parents or guardians to supervise the conduct of minors who enter the site.
